Local cool-down of the material in the neighborhood of the ring-web-shell-skin intersection to simulate prebuckling deformations from welding

This is Fig. 76 from the 1982 decade paper. Shown here is a demonstration of how the effect of welding rings to the shell can be simulated with the use of BOSOR5 by cool-down of material in the neighborhood of the welds.

The distribution of delta-temperature (cool-down from the annealing temperature) is shown in the ring web and in the shell skin.
