Professor Cyril Douthe

Biography:
Cyril Douthe is Associate Professor at the Ecole des Ponts Paristech where he teaches structural mechanics and structural design. He is a member of the laboratoire Navier and is the webmaster of its portal dedicated to structures: thinkshell.fr. His researches focus on lightweight structures optimisation, structural morphogenesis and geometric non-linearities in structures. He was involved in 7 PhD and published 24 scientific papers. He is a member of the International Association for Shell and Spatial Structures.
