Dr. Jun Xu now serves as a full professor in the Department of Automotive Engineering, Beihang University. His group explores highly nonlinear mechanical and multiphysics problems targeting at automotive industry problems (crashworthiness and lightweight) by using mechanics as a fundamental tool.
