This slide shows the fundamental bifurcation buckling mode (the buckling mode associated with the lowest buckling load factor) predicted by STAGS from the sub-domain model of the OPTIMIZED cylindrical shell under Load Set 1: axial compression, Nx=-700 lb/in and in-plane shear, Nxy=+40 lb/in.
