ABSTRACT: Within the six-field theory of branched shell structures, a time-stepping algorithm of the non-linear dynamic analysis in the manifold E3 ◊ SO(3) is discussed. An indirect C0 interpolation procedure on SO(3) with a transport of approximation domain is developed. The results of some simulations of the 2D and 3D large motion of the flexible, elastic shell structures are presented.
